Glance over:- Release date:Jan 17, 2025【Big In Small

Hardware processing is a field that covers a wide range of processing technologies, mainly divided into two categories of process processing: hardware surface processing and hardware forming processing.

The surface processing of hardware mainly includes the following processes:

1. Spray painting processing: By spraying paint to prevent rusting of hardware, it is widely used in daily necessities, electrical enclosures, handicrafts, etc.

2. Electroplating processing: Using modern technology, electroplating is carried out on the surface of hardware components to ensure that the product does not mold or rust after long-term use, commonly seen in screws, stamped parts, etc.

3. Surface polishing processing: Processing burrs on the surface of hardware products to make their edges and corners smooth and reduce harm to the human body, commonly used in daily necessities.

Hardware forming processing mainly includes the following processes:

1. Die casting: using pressure to inject molten metal into a mold, cooling it to form the desired shape, divided into two types: cold pressing and hot pressing.

2. Forging: One of the oldest and simplest metal forming techniques is to shape metal through pounding and squeezing.

3. Stamping: Select pre manufactured molds and use stamping machines for cold stamping processing, suitable for mass production.

4. Sand turning: a casting process that involves pouring molten metal into a sand mold and cooling it to obtain the desired shape of the part.

5. Solution casting: also known as lost wax casting, is a process of making a pattern from a fusible material, then coating it with several layers of refractory material. After it hardens and dries, the pattern is melted away, and then cast and cooled to obtain the desired shape of the part.
