Revealing the production and processing process of stamped partsNov 02, 2024

The production and processing process of stamped parts is:

Cutting → Punching → Edge trimming → Groove cutting → Flanging (bending) → Material dropping.

1. Material cutting:

Cut the material according to the required dimensions on the drawing, with a cutting accuracy of 0.1mm;

2. Punching:

Drill holes at the center of the material using a drill bit, usually with a diameter of 6mm, and the spacing between the holes is generally 3mm~5mm;

3. Trimming and grooving:

Trim the already punched small holes with a file to achieve a smooth transition; If material needs to be cut, a saw blade must be used to cut the material.

4. Flanging, cutting and finished product inspection:

(1) The purpose of flanging is to make the edges of the product smooth and beautiful.

(2) The purpose of material removal is to reduce burrs and facilitate product assembly.

(3) The main purpose of finished product inspection is to check the appearance quality, shape and size, and whether there are defects of stamped parts.

5. Precautions:

(1) Maximize production efficiency and reduce production costs while ensuring product quality.

(2) Strictly follow the technical requirements during the production process to prevent the occurrence of waste products.
